This is the best place to learn how to dive if you are situated in Asia. There are many dive centers on this beautiful island which are specialized in dive training. You can learn either via the French system CMAS or PADI International. PADI is generally more “fun” and less technical. This works well if you want to dive leisurely during your vacation. Instead if you want to get serious about Diving, I recommend the CMAS system.
